Typical Results from a co-creation session

Co-Creation for the "Markets and Prices" Section‘s User-Central Conceptual Design

To meet users‘ needs in the site’s "market and investment information" section, Facit Digital held co-creation sessions with selected customers and interested parties. Under our moderators‘ guidance and in groups of 3-5 participants, users developed, discussed and made collages of the content for a newly-created securities portrait site. The collages and discussions of the content were an extremely helpful way to understand the users‘ requirements and wishes.

Co-creation sessions are a truly innovative approach for gaining fact-based insights into the conceptual design. Being able to look over our customer‘s shoulder in the design of invidual pages was very exciting. The findings from this study brought the conceptual design of our website’s new section a major step forward.Christopher Nawroth, Senior User Experience Expert, Consorsbank
